In NCAN’s latest refresh of “The Growing Gap: Public Higher Education’s Declining Affordability for Pell Grant Recipients”, the findings are clear: the downward trend in affordability is continuing. Pell recipients are seeing a dwindling number of affordable public postsecondary options, and affordability gaps are getting larger.
